Postal addresses for book delivery

Now that Springer will have (in a few months more) the book ready, it is a good time for requesting you to fill in this:

. We adopted this procedure in order to provide Springer with an updated list of addresses for allowing them a safe book delivery. They insisted us on this point, so please fill in the form carefully for avoiding returns. Note that the form MUST BE completed if you like receive the proceedings of this conference. Please also note that the book will be delivered ONLY to those participants who paid the registration fee (normal or reduced). By using the previous online form you can also order additional copies (until completion of the print run). Please notice that this is also available for non-participants who paid first the requested copies, but please contact us first for checking if they are still available.

Please be aware of the space limitations depending of the manuscript modality. Be aware that the referees during peer-review will reinforce such page limits:

FINAL DEADLINE for accepting manuscript revisions is December 14, 2007. The original deadline for submission of a manuscript resulting from your accepted oral or poster presentation was JULY 1, 2007. Please notify the meeting's chair Dr. Josep M. Trigo-Rodriguez (IEEC-CSIC) when you will claim this exception for late submission.
